What we collect

Through the contact form on this site we collect only:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• The content of the message you choose to send us

We also collect aggregate browsing metrics through Umami Analytics: page visits, the country the visit came from at country level, the site that linked to us, and the device type. These metrics use no cookies, store nothing on your device, and contain no data that identifies you.

This site uses no advertising or profiling cookies, and we do not build visitor profiles.

If you write to us directly at info@koree.tech, we process the data you include in your message.

Purpose

Data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to maintain communication arising from a possible professional relationship. It is not used for unsolicited marketing or for profiling.

Legal basis

Processing is based on:

• Your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the corresponding box.
• The taking of pre-contractual steps at your request, where the enquiry concerns a possible engagement of services (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If no professional relationship follows, it is deleted within a maximum of twelve months.

Where a relationship begins, data is kept for its duration and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.

Data is hosted with our hosting and email provider, which acts as processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

Visit metrics are processed by Umami Software, Inc. (Umami Cloud), which also acts as processor under Art. 28 GDPR, on servers located in the European Union. Umami receives no data identifying visitors: it sets no cookies, assigns no persistent identifier, and does not track anyone across sites or sessions.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to info@koree.tech, stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encrypted transmission of the form over HTTPS.

Minors

This site is aimed at professionals and companies. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
